Support Services

In addition to our expert exhibition logistical services, we have an excellent reputation for providing organisers with experienced exhibition personnel.

Many of our security personnel have undertaken SIA training
(click here for SIA information) and you can be confident that their alert yet discreet approach results in an ability to anticipate a situation before it becomes a problem.

Continued investment in uniforms and equipment ensures that, in common with our security personnel, all our stewards, traffic controllers, and logistics operators are all equally immaculately presented. They are also provided with the latest safety equipment, including high visibility vests, two-way radios and best quality safety footwear, where required.

Front of house personnel

We have an impressive track record of providing professional staff to support you at your event. All personnel have previously worked in various capacities and generally possess a breadth of knowledge about the particular exhibition or conference at which they are working, and about the venue itself, so that visitors are always dealt with efficiently and speedily.

We are able to provide staff to fulfil the following roles:

• Site Supervisors
• Front of House including scanning and catalogue distribution
• Registration staff/typists
• Stand personnel

In addition we can provide staff to assist during build-up and breakdown, providing support in the Organisers’ offices or, for example, areas such as the Press Office.
